Nese has been working in the Conveyancing field for over 17 years and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2008. She is a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) who are specialist property law regulators. Before joining HSR Solicitors in 2014, Nese worked for a City Law Firm for over 13 years in their Property Department and was Head of the Property Team dealing with all residential transactions.

Nese has extensive knowledge in all areas of Residential Conveyancing which include transactions for registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold purchases, sales and re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new build and buy to let transactions. Nese has also acted for property investors both here in the UK and overseas.

Nese prides herself in providing a high standard of legal services, using care, skill and diligence on each transaction. she has built a strong reputation for providing excellent client care having worked in law firms who have all been Lexcel accredited.

Away from the office Nese enjoys spending time with her family.
